Bhav Sutra is a made-to-order brand, which means each product is created just for you. While we don’t offer returns for size or style preferences, we’re committed to making things right if something’s wrong with your order.
✅ We’ll Gladly Replace or Refund If:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product or size
- The print has visible errors
⚠️ What’s Not Covered:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind after purchase

- Your (Order ID)
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief note explaining what went wrong
🔄 After Approval:
- Replacements are shipped within 2–4 business days
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
📦 In most cases, returns are not required. If needed, we’ll cover return shipping for eligible issues.
